The core of our operation is a piece of machinery called "The Kruncher". This machine is a de-packaging unit that is designed to extract the food product from the packaging material. It is capable of removing liquid based materials from drink products, soups, canned vegetables, canned meals such as pasta, beans, and cooking condiments. The Kruncher produces two types of recyclable materials; solids and liquids.

. The solid product is a 4" x 4" x 8" cubed block of recycled material ranging from tin, aluminum, plastic, steel, oil filters, and other recyclables that can then be taken to your local recycling facilities for reuse by consumers.

2. The liquid product is when the liquid that has been extracted from the product, gets pumped into waiting tanker trucks and then taken to hog farms to be used as feed or otherwise disposed of, if not suitable for feed use.​
